The ESS Sabre DAC chip is supported by an XMOS XU208 USB signal receiver chip. It provides pure signal decoding with support for 32Bit/384kHz PCM signal decoding and native DSD256 decoding. It brings support for all different widely used PCM and DSD formats.

Dual USB Modes:-

xDuoo MU-601 has two different USB modes, USB 1.0 and USB 2.0. The 1.0 mode is made for low-power output devices such as gaming consoles or older PCs. The USB 2.0 mode is designed specifically to use with Windows/Mac PC/Laptops. With the USB 2.0 mode, the MU-601 provides the best performance for the users.
